Doing a parallel with a high perfomance athletes, what differentiate us at the end of the day it's not the hard skills, like who is a better developer, businessman etc.. is the emotional aspect to the deal with pressure, fears, uncertainties and challenges.

What do you say? And what you've being doing to keep the emotions in place?

I've just talked to this VC, who owns a Billion dollar company and he said "it's fishing time, the valuations are a lot more rational now, so it's time to invest, not time to retreat."
