This was originally written with the idea of selling it for one buck. But: (a) I started late (b) It took longer than anticipated (duh) and (c) I could not (quickly) find a site to host it that left any real pennies per sale for me. So I'm just giving it away. Would the community please provide some feedback, specifically: (1) Do you see value here? (2) Would you pay a dollar for timely information of this nature? Or, to put it another way, would you spend a dollar to save dozens of hours of Googling?
I have a significant list of ideas for resource guides that I would be willing to sell for $1 each, and a collection of literally tens of thousands of home pages, mostly in rather specialized tech areas. (CS, electronics, other science, engineering &ct.) These are organized in a way that I can produce an awesome resource guide in less than 40 hours. (I've build two, that were given away on now abandoned blogs. At the time these were just experiments for my own interest, but I did demonstrate that I can produce results.) AND Can anyone recommend a venue to sell $1 pdf files that has a reasonable fee? Thanks.
If anyone is more than merely curious, I can email a link for a second Drive doc that provides considerable detail concerning how this thing works. Please see my profile. (BTW: The second file has more detailed drawings.)
I’m a land development engineering tech that lost everything post-crash. As the last page in the link says, I’m still sleeping in my truck. The Scorrendo was developed over McDee’s and friend’s WiFi; the drawings were done on a piece of Masonite in my lap. I’m NOT whining, but rather saying that even the down and out are potentially resourceful and perhaps even useful.
The link explains my idea [PDF, but can be read without download]. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6CeyVxyZP2bVk9IdFlNSGtZaGs/edit?usp=sharing
