It seems like every time I create a new website landing page I have to start researching options from scratch.

What do you use to host a basic landing page for your app or startup?

I am curious as to what the normal pay cycle for tech companies is, i.e. Monthly, fortnightly, bi-weekly, weekly etc.

If possible please state your company's name and/or where you are located as well!
