I am trying to find a goal tracker app which is as simple as it gets. I just need the capability of creating a progress bar with an end goal and being able to update it, but it seems like all the apps out there have a lot of extra stuff and not the simple progress bar. Do you know of anyone which is simple?

I am in a startup and we are trying to build a highly scalable web application which uses typescript and TDD but lately I have been struggling with knowing which is the best way to develop it? Is it with an object oriented approach? Should the tests be for each function or for each class?

I would really appreciate anyone who could point me in the right direction for this type of applications
