Okta decided they would no longer sell to customers in Colombia and Venezuela. They think both economies are the same just because we're geographically next to each other. While Venezuela has an 'authoritarian-based' economy, Colombia has had very healthy and close economic and diplomatic ties with the US, for decades now. We're one of their closest allies, actually.

Our CEO tweeted (https://twitter.com/davidpelaez/status/1331653460027117569) to our ambassador and foreign officials about this situation but they don't seem to pay a lot of attention. Meanwhile, Okta still doesn't consider this as a big misjudgement on their behalf: considering Colombia and Venezuela as 'the same thing', for whatever reasons or prejudices they have.

Any product alternatives are welcome, as well as help in making this message/complaint reach further.

Seems like, unilaterally, Zoom just decided to enforce the use of at least one of their security options: Passcode or Waiting Room.

This can be especially annoying for organizations, like ours, where we loved how simple it was to just share a link and get immediate access to Zoom rooms. I understand passcodes can be appended to the URL, but we really like we just had to bookmark mark these URLs and we were ready to go.

This is especially useful since we're in the middle of a Pandemic and we spend a lot of time in Zoom meetings, switching from one room to the other.

This is the weirdest error I've had regarding cache. On browsers in which I've previously visited the website, there's some sort of "forced" cache that, no matter how many times I do Cmd+R, it still loads a cached version of an index.html file.

Also, if I do Shift+Cmd+R it correctly loads the new version (on Firefox), but if I do Cmd+R again, it loads the old cached file again!

Weirdest thing is that in Chrome, Shift+Cmd+R ONLY works if the dev console is open. Any ideas as to what can be happening here?

I'm sending a `Cache-Control: no-cache` header which only shows up on the "Shift+Cmd+R" cases. Shouldn't the file be re-cached once Shift+Cmd+R has "correctly" worked (i.e. loaded the new file)?

Everytime I open the app it forces me to log into my account (which has two-factor authentication enabled). Every single time. My guess is that two-factor auth only gives the app some sort of one-time use token which 'expires' or stops working when I open the app again. I wouldn't like to turn off the two-factor auth, as I consider it an important security feature for my GMail account. I've installed the app twice and still face the same issue. Could it be only happening in my device or is it more of a UX (or software integration) problem here? If it is a real issue, then it'd represent a dangerous (yet somehow ironically funny) security breach, because a lot of people would be disabling their two-factor authentication just to "catch 'em all!"
