Thank you for contacting us.
Please note though that you can change your password by going to "Settings" in your Pingdom control panel and entering your new password in the "Password"-section at the "Settings"-page. Finally, confirm the changes by pressing the "Save settings"-button at the bottom of the page.
Please note that the passwords are store on a separate database server, and also that we cannot view the passwords stored in that database.
