It seems that the new twitter redesign is confusing people enough, or makes these fake accounts look real enough in their replies that they are able to collect coins from unwitting users.

John McAffee, Elon Musk, Coinbase, and probably others are being hit, and the sites appear to all be hosted in Russia.
