Hi, What would you recommend Google Workspace alternative for startups?

I have setup my account and having a terrible experience with it.

I am literally on the verge of losing my first customer because of inefficiency of Google Workspace.

I'm developing a solution for marketing analytics challenges and want to better understand customer pain points to refine my messaging.

I'm considering inviting VP/Director of Marketing or CMOs for a casual hour-long meeting with a complimentary lunch. My worry is that would they wouldn't entertain the idea at all.

Is this an effective approach? Are there alternative ways to connect with these individuals?

Cold calling hasn't worked for me, as all calls have gone to voicemail.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Being a solo founder is incredibly hard and lonely. I am constantly second guessing and feeling stuck. Some days are great but some days are dreadful.

I am the solo founder of my startup HiringPlus. We developed the technology which helps hiring managers find culturally fit candidates. It matches the company's values with a candidate's personality and helps avoid bad hires.

My team and I are working on this platform from more than a year. We came out of beta 3 months back.

Now I am focusing on finding early customers. Being from an engineering background, sales and marketing have not been easy for me.

Before starting my company, I had a life-coach from TonyRobbins. She was great and helped me overcome my personal issues. I understand how beneficial having the right coach can be. But it is hard to find one.

That's why I am turning to this community. If you know a coach or worked with a coach who produced the result for you, please let me know.

Need help to make an informed decision to choose the frontend technology for my startup. It is a recruitment application powered by machine learning. Currently, I am focusing on the development of the prototypes. It will help me to validate the product in coming weeks. After that, I will focus on delivering the MVP in the next 3-6 months. Little bit about my background, I have been a java engineer all my life and the sole founder of this company. For I have decided to build a Java based REST services and Postgres as the database. For the frontend platform, I am evaluating between Angular 2 and ReactJS. But still, have many unanswered questions around both the framework.

Angular 2: Pros: - Easy to pick up because of my java background, - I know Angular 1.5 little bit. Learned it by debugging issues in the previous projects. - TypeScript's syntax looks very familiar.

Cons: - Unstable (beta). - Material Design 2 is also in beta. - It does not fully support many components. - Not many developers have adopted it.

ReactJS: Pros: - Stable. - Large and very active community.

Cons: - Pure Javascript, which will be a big shift for me. - Not sure if all the great features of React are applicable for my app.

One of the biggest factor to consider that I will be hiring freelancers to do the frontend work. It is very important for me to choose a framework so that I can find good freelancers without spending a fortune.

I am also open to any other technology which fulfills these requirements.

Hiring good talent is hard at startups. Recruiters have to many hats to get their job done. What are the tools/plugins they to make their life easier?

I am an average developer who is very excited about Virtual Reality. There multiple player in this domain like Oculus, Magic Leap etc. Don't want sit on the side and watch it happen in our time. How can I get some hands on experience of this technology as a developer?

I am a seasoned Java developer, starting my Go journey. I am sure that doing project is the right way of learning it.

Got a long list of frameworks/languages for 'Things to learn in 2015'. Few of them are Spring Boot, Atmosphere, Meteor and Go Language. How can I give a structure to my learning? One way of doing it to build common projects in all different technologies/framework. Any suggestions?
