Currently it seems like HN shows comments by just the number of upvotes or at least the upvotes-downvotes. I submit that the |upvotes| + |downvotes| is a better measure of interest in a comment.

I recently started looking into non-classical and second order logic. I started reading some things on Fuzzy Logic/Fuzzy Set Theory, and it is seeming very interesting. Is there any good modern overview of Fuzzy Logic, or of Fuzzy Logic for machine learning/AI?

Is anyone still doing any real research into Fuzzy Logic or applications thereof?
