Good day, I'm currently having trouble with managing my app with different clients. The case scenario is that when a client ask for a feature or changes on the app, I need to implement it on them. So, it's a hassle changing something from one app of a client to the other.

Hello guys, I'm running an app that is worth $2,000. Now, the payment of the client will be 50% initial for using the app then after wards 50% when they are satisfied by the app.

The problem I'm having is a long term income generating app. As I can view it when the contract is done I need to, again, find new clients and do the same pricing in which when I don't have one then I will be stuck or worst close business.

Is there a strategies or other payment plans on how I can make customers and my service do long term contract that will maintain the business and hopefully make it bigger or sell it to companies.

Hello, my family recently got a car loan in which I'm a co-author of it. Now after approval the bank is asking for a certificate of employment. Currently, I'm working at a startup where in we are still developing the app. We only have Mutual Trust that binds me and my co-founder.

How am I able to get or process a certification of employment if my employer is in the US while I'm in Asia?

Hi everyone. I started with this partner who is in the US and started to work on a startup. I'm living in a 3rd world country and we talked about splitting of equity.

3 of us in my country (which build the startup from ground up) and our partner is in the US. Then a new person comes in who is in the US and started to split the equity again.

Then a new guy is getting 26% and my partner is 36% then 3 of us in our country is getting 5%.There are other people to be split, the lawyer, investors, employees.

We are not yet funded but considering that we got funded. Is the splitting of equity fair?

I'm a web developer and got out of the employment line and started to do my own business. As I was advertising the product, some people asked if we can have partnership. I agreed and so my questions started springing.
