What are some remote companies that don't use location as an excuse to pay less using the "Cost of living" thingie?

As the title says, Does contributing to open-source companies such as:

- Gitlab

- Ghost

- Discourse

- Edx

- Google(Angular, Flutter, Tenserflow)

- Facebook(React, React Native, Jest)

Increases (Dramatically) Chances of getting a job at said companies? to a point where said companies reach out to the contributor?

My job experience is with 2 startups that failed 4-6 months in, and once got fired after being burnt out.

So on my resume, I look like a job-hopper, and I only have these 3 jobs in my cv, what can I do to let recruiters know that I'm not a quitter?

I was thinking about making an app that tells you what's your rank against other contributors in Github repo's that you've contributed to.

I came to this repository that gets what repos a user has contributed to, and to my surprise it can take hours to get all repos a user has contributed to!

Why don't github provide this very basic functionality in their API?

I'm wondering if a software engineer can take 2 full-time jobs and still be sane,

Do you know anyone who've done this? What was it like?

I've noticed that when I ask other seniors questions I don't know the answers of, or that I even know the answers of but just want to make sure(the case most of the time),

they immediately start thinking they're better than me, they start questioning any technical decision I make in a humiliating way,

How can I talk with other seniors without them feeling superior over the long-run?
