We have been thinking about purchasing a local small business (like laundromat or car wash). But somewhat confused by the archaic process of browsing vague listings posted by brokers. Also, unsure about the financing available for a first time buyer.

Has anyone else gone through the process, and have insight + resources to share?

Not able to find much information about voter turnouts in the news. Does anyone know how it's measured, aggregated and reported? And where & when to find the state/county level data?
