I've been blown away by notebooklm and would love to use it via an API. There currently isn't an official API but is there some alternative way of enabling something similar via an API or combination of APIs?
I have spent a lot of time building products in the real estate space and I have lost track of the number of times exciting new technology has failed to disrupt it.
I feel LLMs could have a positive impact in the sector but I see very few exciting innovations. A lot of people jumped on the bandwagon of creating property descriptions from images but that has been about it.
What am I missing?
I think it would be useful to see different example of working code that has been generated by AI. Would be particularly useful to see an entire working project on github that has been generated by AI. Please submit some examples here. Would also be interesting to hear ideas about how such code should be tagged or made discoverable.
I would like to run an LLM locally so I can be absolutely sure that the data I send to it is private. Does anyone have experience doing this with the latest Mac Mini? Any insights will be very much appreciated. Thanks.
