Every big tech company (and a lot of startups) has built a chatbot—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc and people are using them, but they all feel like the same interface.

I’m trying to understand what these companies are really aiming for here. Is this just subscription revenue, or is there a bigger play I’m missing?
