Leet-Code style interviews are just a pain. It doesn't even reflect what an actual hire does in the real world.
I've heard companies pivoting towards a pair-programming or code-review style interviews. Curious if anyone interviewed a candidate with these formats?
Not sure if anyone else feels the same way. I had a problem, built an MVP to solve my own problem. Now I have to find early adopters that are willing to try the product. But how do you filter out the early adopters vs users that want a fully built product?
