I'm thinking of creating a web service that would install OpenVPN for you on your own server, with x user accounts and then send you an email with all the configuration details for Tunnelblick.
My assumption is that there are people geeky enough to want a VPN, but not geeky enough to install it themselves.
I'm also assuming that using openVPN on your own server is more discrete, and therefore more difficult to block, than using the servers of big commercial services like Tunnelbear, which are shared by many users and therefore easier to flag.
Is that something you would use?
Do you agree with my assumptions?
Or is this a dumb idea that will never work?
Thanks for your feedback!!!
