Who would you say are amongst the most influential advocates for raising VC, and also, who are the one advising against VC and going the bootstrap route?

I'm creating something free and educational on this topic that will share with Show HN in the next days, but would love to get community knowledge on the topic.

Example: For famous bootstrapers that say you shouldn't raise are: Jason Fried, Rob Walling...
