As a way to monetize my open source form builder (which has 5.5k registered users now somehow), I'm building a tiny WordPress plugin and trying to sell it.

Hey HN, a little over a year ago, I launched https://forms.md, a free, open-source Typeform alternative/form builder. It hit 5,000 registered users today, Alhamdulillah.

Revenue is minuscule, but I haven't properly monetized it at all (yet?). Either way, very happy with it how things turned out so far.

Given the .new domains are being used for AI products, seems like a domain like messenger.new could be used to start a new chat with an LLM (and maybe even invite people for group chat).
