I am interested in developing an executive like charming personality. I noticed that all these VPs, CEO carry themselves with certain tact. While faking it till making it can go only so far, what are ways to genuinely develop a charming personalities? Thinking from first principles point of view, are there any trainings, videos, lectures I can watch to develop the charm? Please share if you know any.
What is your guidance to grow from nothing to first 100k?
Is there a way or method you use to decide how to buy gifts?
Besides, I also want to see where can I find information about merchants themselves. All site owners mostly have customer care numbers. Are there any databases or paid services who display this information? I am asking for customer research point of view.
So the question is, besides paid marketing and spending big, how to get traction and initial interest in my product?
What are channels and resources that can help validate the idea before I build it spending 3-4 months?

I am good at execution and getting things done. But, I am not sure what to build or where to invest time and money such that it pays off in 6-12 months. I have been involved in backend work and have good knowledge of "how to use" cloud like AWS.
It is said that you scratch your own itch. But, I don't know if that will pay or not to create successful business.
Thoughts on gathering or finding profitable ideas that can scale up to 1-10 MM revenue in 5 years?
