Anyone made any system prompts for ChatGPT, Claude etc llms where it will let you think critically and improve your analytical abilities and thought process by being a genuinely interested partner/debate/devils advocate/research scientist?

Like it will help me think critically/out of the box/ creatively and broaden my horizons rather than answering like a sycophant?

I am trying to study ML/AI and the more I dive into it to teach these models to recognize stuff and generate stuff, this question came to my mind like is the process of learning and synthesizing information to knowledge and wisdom is just pattern matching? We use other patterns to find new pattern and try to fit novel stuff into those known patterns? or extend those pattern?

just some rumbling thoughts if someone willing to think and answer.

if this true then wont it be possible to create AGI like the machine from person of interest?

I am working as a senior Software Engineer consultant for a crm company which is a saas based product for 2+ years.

Recently all the core team members have left the company and only the remaining senior engineer and offshore employee ( me and another engineer) is left and the core engineer will also be going away soon.

Manager is asking us (offshore team) to figure the stuff out ourselves as the core engineer will soon leave too.

In this case how can I take the opportunity to up my game and take more ownership of the system. Any advice about the whole situation?

I have working experience of using java and javscript.But my current project requires me to learn erlang and in a faster pace as well. Currently I am looking into `LearnXinYmin` and learn you some erlang for great good book. But for me book is a very tough way to learn a language. So I started looking into exercism to practice erlang by doing hands on coding. Are there any better approach to learn the fundamentals and the progress through some more advanced concepts like ETS tables and amnesia as for the project i need to debug those tables.
