I want to ask if you conduct customer discovery interviews. What are the underlying goals for doing so? Do you find it challenging to ask good questions to explore problems? And do you use any tools to help with that?
I've been thinking about how much I dislike writing HTML and CSS. Are there any tools that can help with this, especially for creating pages, modals, buttons, and other components? Ideally, I'd like to mock them up and have an AI copilot generate the code for me, while still adhering to my code style and reusing my components.
Does anyone else find this kind of work exhausting? I really enjoy working on backend and frontend logic, but writing HTML and CSS is the part of the job I really don't enjoy.
