I have switched to Ubuntu 16.04 from MacOS two years ago. Compiz is one of the things helped me manage my workspace and windows which really boosted my productivity. I wonder what other tools I might be missing out.

Since Facebook opened their messenger API there a lot of Chatbots have emerged. Did you find any Chatbot that is genuinely helpful?

Currently I am performing full text search on MongoDB but I would love to use Elasticsearch for the same. My primary data source is MongoDB. Right now I am not able find a suitable/reliable sync tool for MongoDB->Elasticsearch.

There used to be a tool called elasticsearch-river-mongodb [1] which is deprecated now.

Also, there is no official logstash input plugin for MongoDB

What tool do you use to reliably sync MongoDB collections with Elasticsearch?

I am a non native English speaker. I have tried to start reading books in the past (successfully read one). Due to my limited knowledge of vocabulary (also I tend to forget the ones I learn now and then), it get's harder to get hooked to a book as I have to look up definition every now and then and it hampers the flow. What methodologies do you suggest to get started reading again?

On a side note: I do read a lot of technical/not technical blogs, links posted on HN etc.
