I'm curious what else is out there that we don't hear a lot about.

Do you think online marketing is more difficult now than 10-15 years ago? For example, the increase in fees for cost per click compared to the early days of Google or social media and the increased competition in the digital marketplace seem that marketing digital products and services is more difficult.
