Hi everyone, I just found out that I'm gonna be a dad. If is something I always wanted but my income is unpredictable. Sometimes I make 50k sometimes nothing. It never bothered me untill now. So I'm freaking out. What do you guys did when you have to have consistent I'm income.

I want to send some emails to my customers and MailChimp is annoying me in so many ways. What are some self-hosted alternatives that I can set up myself?

What are some professional associations, or societies that I can join online and contribute as a developer?

I am visiting Sophia the robot today, but I have been wondering if she has any unique skills? Have there been any milestones in AI accomplished with her? Because the more I read about her, the more I realize that she is just a pretty face ;) and tourism stint. Maybe I am wrong. But her skills are more of supervised learning, I don't even think it is supervised, it even seems scripted. Her jocks seem ahead of time to be learned.

What does her citizenship even mean? Does she have the same right as a Saudi woman, which, btw isn't much. Can she have a bank account? etc

Does anyone use a flat file-based CMS for more than a year? How have you dealt with all the file in time, with scaling? Has performance degraded through time?

I want to start a new blog and I don't want Wordpress or related CMS. I would love to try flat file based CMS but I am worried about scaling and other issues that might arise through time and growth. So, what are some of the challenges that you faced with time and growth?
