On iOS, many devs lean toward subscriptions and paid apps, while Android has historically relied more on ads for free apps—but in both cases, there’s often a desire for better options when ads are part of the mix.
If you’ve ever used mobile ads in your app (or avoided them on purpose), I’d love to hear:
What matters most to you when integrating ads into your app? What’s your biggest pain point with existing solutions like AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.? Are there features or improvements you wish existed in an ad platform? What role do privacy, design control, and pricing transparency play in your decision-making?
I’m exploring an idea called CapinoAds - a lightweight, privacy-first alternative to traditional ad networks - and I’d much rather shape it based on real developer needs than assumptions. Would love to hear your perspective.
If you’ve got thoughts or experiences, I’d really appreciate anything you’re willing to share.
For the past few weeks I've been working on a privacy-focused, simple and clean mobile ads network.
I am looking for the first few app publishers for the alpha testing of the new ad banners and service and get the first round of feedback.
If interested - you can check the site out and register and I'll get back to you shortly.

For a few months now I keep on having this idea to build something... where developers & builders of any kind can share their everyday experiences (like status update, lessons learned, problems they may have, etc) while building their project.
The initial idea was to build an app (web + mobile) but I wanted to take a step back and try and validate the idea first. In that same period I've rediscovered this post (http://ryanhoover.me/post/43986871442/email-first-startups) from Ryan Hoover about email-first startups and how PH first started (an email based community) and chose to follow the same path with the MVP for BuildersOf.
How this works? Every week I'll send you an email reminder to all of the awesome builders and they can reply with a quick status report - what are they working on, if they struggled with something that week or anything in particular they feel like sharing when it comes to working on their projects.
That's why I wanted to reach out to this awesome community of hackers and ask if you would be interested in being on of the Builders on this weekly newsletter.
Here's the Typeform link to register as a builder - https://alin16.typeform.com/to/ETWEQT
