I have lots of contacts that I'd like to keep in contact with at different frequencies. I'd like to have a service where I can fill out a name and a frequency (every 2 weeks, every 45 days) with an offset and have it remind me.
Why not go an extra step to be fair and make everyone's compensation public, including the founders? Why not open up the cap table to everyone, employed or potentially-employable? Then there's no question as to whether a candidate is getting a good deal.
What could possibly go wrong?
