Say you had to incorporate an Ecommerce startup that's based in Portugal, currently sells in Portugal and the Netherlands and plans to sell all over Europe? Main issue is tax planning.
Solar Bonds[1], bonds issued by Solarcity, pay 2%-5% and can be purchased online, look very compelling. On the other hand they are super leveraged and have no asset backing them, they are truly naked and finance the most dangerous trench of the Solarcity business.

Which companies would be killed in the short term over this?
Elon Musk's companies all share one common trait - they work as high tech companies and compete with low tech companies. Such companies can't fail as the methodology of high tech companies is superior to low tech companies- talent, automation, short release cycles etc. Uber immediately comes to mind, which other companies can you think about?
Kerrisdale Capital is shorting Globalstar with target price of $0. I find it hard to believe that having wifi devices being able to "talk" with space is valued at zero. What do you think?
