Rackspace seems to be having issues with DNS (my sites that I have DNS running through Rackspace are down) and their portal login page is not accessible at this time: https://mycloud.rackspace.com/

Their status page does not indicate any major issues: https://status.rackspace.com/

But many on Twitter have commented: https://twitter.com/search?q=rackspace&src=typed_query&f=live

It is really frustrating that all these major status pages don't seem to actually keep track of the status.

I've started using Hacker News to stay up on the latest trends. However, I find that if I don't check the site daily, I miss some big stories.

I feel like I'm missing something basic. It would be great if there was a way to narrow things down to all 100+ point or 100+ comment submissions.

How do you make sure you don't miss important submissions from previous days?
