Is there any solution to Drag and Drop Files between two Websites?

I.e. Drop Gmail-Attachments to a todo-list should be easy. From a Desktop-Client it is, but not between websites you have to download the attachment and drop it then via html5 into the task.

Are there solutions for that?

my expirience in TCL-Programming is very low (well there is hello world?!), but i discovered that homematic is running also tcl. Are there more Systems running TCL? Should I learn TCL?

is there a way to grab the website and execute the javascripts? Some Websites inject Content via Javascript and Ajax and it would be great to get these.

I am porgramming in Ruby. Maybe there is a way to do this with NodeJS?
