I am working in an organization which generates enough revenue with decent fellow engineers. But, our engineering solutions are not up to the level. The way code is written, the way of architectured the stack, and following the coding practices are very below the par. Even we have enough top level hierarchy leads, I feel it is below the standards only. I am completely demotivated whenever I had to do some changes to the existing code(feeling like dead). I am the passionate software developer. I love to explore and create the best solutions. But this environment dries my patience. Should I quit from this? How should I react to this environment?

What was the interesting problems were solved with your newly acquired technical skills in 2016?

In 2016, what are the skills that you learned to solve the problem that you were proud of? Please give some description about the problem and how the skill/tool helped for?

We are residing in some rural place in India.Near by our house, there is a cellular phone tower placed around 20 feet away. There are lot of families around the radius of that cell phone tower placement.The people who living near to that area are lacking in education.So, my primary dubious thing about this particular cell phone tower placement is,

Would it cause any trouble to the people for their children down to the line of upcoming years?

What are the preliminary steps to be taken to live there? How can be made sure that we are in safe side?

Please advise us on your thoughts which will be helpful to take some initiatives(right decision) for these people. We will be very grateful.
