I'm at that stage where the product is built, and it's time to reach out to leads. However, it's getting overwhelming quickly.

I was wondering if anyone has a system or process for managing cold email or cold-call leads? Right now I basically have a massive Excel spreadsheet and am considering Boomerang for receipt/click management. I feel there has to be a more methodical and steady way to reach out to hundreds of leads while maintaining each thread & progress state properly.

In my particular case, I'm currently cold-emailing but depending on the larger scale results could switch to cold-call.

It's hard to ignore the benefits of SEO when companies are making a killing using it (e.g Rap Genius: http://www.semrush.com/info/rapgenius.com+(by+organic) )

As a solo founder, what's the best way to do (whitehat) SEO in the modern era?

Is there a tool for making the endorsement walls like GinzaMetrics, Unroll.me, or Shopify have? Specifically, like the ones at Unroll.me because I see that style of logo-collages everywhere.

Flippa has been okay for browsing niche websites, but I'm interested in buying a SAAS business and there doesn't seem to be much on the market.

Are there any other good places to look for buying a small (like $1K-$5K in revenue/yr) SAAS business? Do you have any caveats?

I've just finished the software side of my first SAAS product, and was wondering if there are any industry standards or pre-made solutions/API's for signing up/email recovery, managing billing to those accounts, and enabling free trials while minimizing trial-abuse (through cookies etc)?

I'm competing in PennApps2012 (http://2012f.pennapps.com/), a 48 hour hackathon at the University of Pennsylvania. My entry is a student-to-student book exchange, www.TwoTapTextbooks.com. It'll be updated nonstop during the competition!

A little background: Last year I created an iPhone/Android map app of UMD called Campus Maps (http://www.getcampusmaps.com) which really caught traction; 25% of the campus downloaded it in 12 months (6,500 students on a campus of 27,000)! This year I'm expanding it to UVA and adding other apps to complement it like a textbook exchange!

Are there any caveats, must-do's, or useful tools that come to mind for a 20 year old CS College Senior? Thank you so much HackerNews :)
