we from croit.io, a 100% remote company, grew a lot in the past years and want to ensure that everyone in our company has access to decent health care.

Now it looks like it's hard to get a good contract thats able to cover countries like the USA but also Venezuela, Bolivia, India,...

I'm happy to hear how others deal with it as well as suggestions where to get a good but affordable health care for our employees.
