I recently got a mac and was wondering if there was a simple solution to mapping my keyboard directly to mac. I really dislike the mac keyboard and ideally want to map the keyboard identically to the windows one. Is that possible?

I've been using Vapi for a few months now. However, I have the following concerns with it: - most importantly, integration with telecom services (e.g., Twilio) is not great especially for SIP trunking - UI is very unreliable and sometimes doesn't work - some features are incorrectly implemented / not documented correctly - Suboptimal customer support - Tool calls interrupt conversation - Conversation latency is far below competitors - No proper version control of agents (they have the history of the prompt, but that is also hard to read)

Anyone know of any services better than Vapi?

Title basically. If you've used both, which do you prefer and why?

With reports and blogposts [0][1] talking about how open ai has begun training their next flagship model, when do you expect the next model to be launched?

Furthermore, what do you think they're going to do to make it as "safe" as possible. It's funny OpenAI didn't release GPT-2 immediately to the public because of safety worries, but has now been releasing models without the same care for safety and I imagine this will continue with GPT-5
