There is such a big obsession with EXIT strategies, why is that? I can absolutely understand this obsession from the investors prospective.. However, entrepreneurs?! Why?! Business ventures are not the same as war ventures.... ideally there should not be a finish line... Instead, shouldn't we be obsessed with building great companies with great products/services and knowing that our customers love us, cause we treat them like no other, cause we simply care.

I am curious if someone had a chance to read this book: The Four Steps to the Epiphany http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0976470705 and the real question if for those that did: do u think that book is worth reading today? Do u think, the messages/lessons from this book have a real, useful application in today's tech/startup world?

I am interested in purchasing and reading the book... I'm just not sure if the content (as great as it was 5-6 years) still relevant/applicable today.

Hi Everyone !

I need to create a privacy policy and a terms of service for my web app. I googled the issue and discovered that there are some free online tools that will generate those for you. I was wondering if someone has any experience with those. At the same time I would appreciate if someone can recommend a good template for those two documents. General thoughts and inpput on the subject is welcomed as well.

I am looking to hire the services of a freelance graphic designer in about two months in the Toronto, Ontario area.
