We all hear of the Silicon Valley and New York. What about South Florida or Florida in general?

I am working on a new startup and have created a non functional prototype if there is anyone that can lend me advice, it would greatly be appreciated. Also, if there is anyone with the skills needed for the site, they have the potential to become a co - founder with me.
