I used to use Notify17 for receiving alerts, but since this shut down I've been forced back to email, and am now looking for a solution to cover both receiving alerts and sending basic commands.
These are the options I've considered already:
* Pushover - Fine for receiving alerts, multiple recipients supported. No options to respond to them.
* Telegram - Sending + receiving. Might be a bit heavy for my use case, and would be better not having the bot publicly accessible. Also makes managing notifications (DND etc) more difficult when also receiving human messages.
* Gotify - No iOS app.
* Prowl - Most likely candidate for receiving notifications at the moment unless I find a duplex option
* Now Push - Looks promising, but too early to start developing on
* Threema - Ideal, but relatively expensive ($70 setup + $0.05/msg + $0.05/img)
Essentially what I'm looking for is an app with a chat-like UI which converts messages to a webhook, and allows me to send responses via an API. Ideally preshared key auth, no OAuth.
On a related note, if anyone else is missing Notify17 and thinking about building a replacement I'd be willing to pay up to $15/mo for a tool that ingests webhooks, allows me to reformat the response with a templating language and sends notifications to my phone.
Our videos seem to still be delivering, but all Stream related items have disappeared from Subscriptions/Billing including the usage charts.
Most of our uploads have come directly from users, so we don't have the master copies. We've started a script running to download a backup of all our uploads, but it still has several hours to go.
Our concern is the video/subscriptions have been deleted, but remain cached and at some point will stop delivering.
We're unable to get in touch with Cloudflare support. Trying to sign in to the support center leads to a redirect loop back to the login page, and email tickets are automatically closed as we can't send mail directly from the account email address (a group mailbox).
Is there anyone here who can connect us with support directly, or help look into this?

Hi HN – we’re Ben & Callum from Infstream. We’ve always been heavy users of YouTube, for entertainment, education and sharing. Towards the end of last year, we saw more and more horror stories of YouTubers losing their livelihood to the ad algorithm.
We decided to build a content-first video platform, which aims to reduce issues by removing advertisers from the equation. Instead, we charge for the content you watch – bold, I know.
Instead of paying in advertising and data, users on Infstream build their own streaming package, a channel at a time. Anyone can start a channel (US & UK now, Europe soon) and earn directly from their subscribers.
Subscribers pay $1 per month per channel, of which the channel receives $0.75. This all begins from the first subscriber, there are no minimums to start monetization.
Channels have total control, and can publish on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule – whatever is working for them and their subscribers. They’re free to keep publishing on other sites (we recommend it), and can promote exclusive content to their existing audience, quickly growing an ad-independent revenue stream.
We’re getting ready to launch, and are inviting creators to sign up beforehand to get their channel ready. If you or a connection has had issues with publishing on YouTube we’d love to hear from you, and learn some more about the pain points.
The platform is stocked with demo content, it would be great to get some feedback.

As a result, we're unable to place any ads, invite any new admins to our Facebook page, update any business information or manage associated developer apps. Unless this can be resolved, this company is dead in the water.
Facebook support has been awful. There appear to be two different forms for appealing an account restriction. One of these forms resulted in the account being apparently reinstated after a few days, however the restriction is still in place. The other form didn't get a reply for almost a week, before they determined that the account would remain closed, and the support ticket was closed, with no way to reopen or escalate.
Has anyone found a way past this?
In the last week, our Facebook ad account has been suspended three times. Each time it takes a support rep 24-36 hours to respond (while none of our ads are running), after which our account gets reinstated immediately, only to be restricted again within a few hours.
Each time it's restricted before we've even had a chance to enable ads again.
We've tried their Business support chat, who are unable to do anything as "the system won't let me file another appeal while one is pending". They can't see any information about why the account was restricted, or anything internal regarding the appeal.
I'm convinced we've fallen victim to some faceless AI that will just keep deactivating our account. The majority of our leads come from Facebook ads, as we use this account to promote our services to taxi companies along with our mobile apps to customers in each region we support.
If anyone has advice/contacts for someone on the Facebook Business team who can actually help please drop me a message at ben [at] withgoto [dot] com
