On the quest for example there's sexlikereal whose app was also banned but could be sideloaded. Eventually it was discontinued because the sideloading app sidequest also caved in to "investor interests" but it's still available with full functionality through DeoVR (and their own app was nothing more than a custom version of DeoVR anyway) including support for synchronised toys which really adds to the experience.
Together with passthrough, high resolution immersive 3D and toy integration it's really next level. Sure it's not for everyone (minors and people with moral objections specifically excluded) but for the majority of us it's a nice experience.
I don't really agree with these tech platforms banning porn, we should be able to make these decisions for ourselves. This is especially why sideloading is so important.
Sexlikereal also works in WebXR but it's not quite as functional. WebXR doesn't support passthrough, toy integration and other features like frame rate selection.
Of course I wouldn't buy a vision pro for this reason but if I had one I surely would like to use it for this.
I don't really understand the American taboos around porn either. Here in Europe it's no big deal and something I'd discuss with friends :)

It baffles my mind. How is guns freedom, but people being people and having a right to do what they see fit with their bodies if it doesn’t affect others not freedom?
