You are an extreme edge-case. EV trucks have massive towing capacities. Their only drawback is towing without fast charging infrastructure (long distances).
Not that extreme, I'm in a similar boat because it's the only vehicle my family owns. Needs to be a jack of all trades + I like offroading and road trips.
I say this as an EV nerd: there's no EVs that are there yet. Well, that's not true, the best EVs are! Ebikes!
