Ask HN: If you can have only one pain in your life solved, what would that be?

Yup, started exercising. Just struggling to stay motivated but its gotta be done. Breathing doesn't really help with back pain, unless I'm missing something?

I would look into Electronic Muscle Simulators. Just search Amazon. There are dozens of units.
