Its a reverse of GlassDoor as it gives insights about potential candidates and their performances at their previous workplaces reviewed only through their coworkers anonymously.
How it works?

- We provide candidates with relevant jobs based on their skill-set.
- Employers/Recruiters can see get insights about their potential candidates from their coworkers.
