Good to have side information would be

1. Country 2. Job Title 3. Usual Reasons for WFH

2 WFH coding days (Mon/Tue) - 1 day in office (Wed) - 2 WFH coding days (Thur/Fri) - 2 day weekend (Sat/Sun)

That allows every meeting, interruption, social interaction to be had on a day where no deep focus is required. I really really love this schedule.

1: US (Austin, Texas) 2: Software Engineer II 3: It works well for productivity. And my company is very flexible, so long as you get your stuff done
