Agreed, the page loads, shows data, then goes completely blank for 1-2 seconds while the scroll bars load. Safari 8.0.6 OS X Yosemite.

your site is using nicescroll (http://areaaperta.com/nicescroll/) to create a custom scroll bar/scroll effects instead of allowing the browser to handle scrolling itself.
