I'm glad that they finally broke out shipping from the pledge itself. A lot of smaller Kickstarter projects have been caught off-guard and hammered by the high costs of international shipping.

True. it's nice that they don't have to say, "manually add $10 to your pledge if you are outside the US." I bet the compliance with that is terrible.

Without a doubt. Based on the horror stories, I excluded international shipping options from my own Kickstarter just to avoid all the headaches.
