Mozilla doesn't own this PPA, it's third party. Chris Coulson, the maintainer had mentioned he doesn't have the time to maintain this anymore as I recall. Suggest just getting Aurora on aurora.mozilla.org

Oh, didn't realize that. I got it from FF directly for now, but was hoping there'd be an easier way to install it.
