I'm saying that this is a prerequisite for Arch. It is not supposed to be or marketed as "for non-experts", quite the contrary.
I'm not disagreeing with his point that Arch shouldn't be used in production. I'm disagreeing with his:
1) Expectation that maintenance (of an Arch Linux system) should be hands-free; and
2) Arch breaks inexplicably, almost insinuating that Arch breaks on purpose.
