PwC to buy Consulting Practice of Booz Allen

Exactly 11 yrs back (1 Oct 2012), PwC decided to move out of consulting due to conflict of interest issues. They sold their consulting practice to IBM globally.

Now after years PwC probably has realised their mistake and are trying to strengthen their consulting practice by buying out Booz Allen. Will they not face the same conflict of interest issue

Do you think this is a good move?

Will this lead to Enron kind of problems due to which consulting and auditing firms were mandated to be separate
