erica, I doubt 20% of the population really has ADHD that is the current issue that has been cropping up.

He is not dismissing people that REALLY has the issue, he is dismissing the fact that people has been throwing this around a lot, without any need.

Here's Ken Robinson making speeder's point.

I was gobsmacked when I saw a teacher "diagnose" ADHD in one of her students. The fact that this is done regularly is flabbergasting.
