"Load Images Automatically" gone in Firefox 23

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/963352 Set permissions.default.image to 2 in about:config to turn off. I guess that's okay, it just suprised me. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/23.0.1/releasenotes/
