~1% of a large sample. I think that when N = 100 million you can make fairly strong claims, assuming non-systematic sample bias.

True. but 10 specific websites sample is still too small.

Regardless I think that the type of the website also matters to statistics. I guess that none of the top 100 in alexa uses bootstrap but I guess that more than 20% of the startups sites from the past year are using bootstrap.
