Which site are you meaning? Thinks like Google? Its made me realise how much I depend on so-called normal layouts for things like next page buttons etc. something I had never thought about really. Obviously I don't frequent many sites that are primarily in another language, Der Speigel is the only one I think. That site is left to right reading so it can follow the same formatting styles as English. I haven't noticed any German language related layout quirks there.
